Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and uplift culinary team through expertise and positive demeanor
  • Achieve proficiency at all kitchen stations and execute recipes consistently
  • Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory with Chef de Cuisine
  • Assist with ordering systems and manage stock levels for service
