You'll be the welcoming face of our community, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for residents and visitors. You'll monitor life safety systems and respond to emergencies while providing excellent customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer and route calls, greet residents and visitors
• Monitor life safety systems and initiate emergency procedures
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety
• Assist in transporting residents during emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Valid Virginia Driver's license with clean record
• Current CPR and First aid certification
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Guest Services or Hospitality
• Basic typing and PC skills
