You will define key metrics for marketing and CRM analytics, identify opportunities through data analysis, and develop Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Product to provide actionable insights and improve data quality.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
  • Solid statistical knowledge and experience
  • Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

  • Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics aligned with business goals
  • Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis and present actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly Tableau dashboards for monitoring KPIs
  • Maintain data integrity and improve existing data flows
  • Lead automated reporting for timely information delivery
