• Define design strategy and advocate for design's role across B Lab
• Lead hiring, coaching, and career development for design and research team
• Establish design standards and quality across all product squads
• Mature the design system and integrate user research into product decisions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in product design, with 3+ years managing teams
• Experience building design systems and establishing operational practices
• Proven track record of strategic design leadership in a product organization
• Expertise in user research and integrating insights into design decisions

• Experience working on certification or impact-driven products
• Familiarity with service design methods
• Experience in remote-first distributed teams
