💼 About This Role

You'll manage IR strategy and execution for a global company, including disclosure documents and investor relations. You'll also drive business planning and financial analysis to support corporate decisions. You'll collaborate with a small, experienced team and have direct interaction with executive management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare timely disclosure documents and quarterly earnings materials
• Conduct IR meetings with institutional investors and analysts
• Develop and execute IR strategy
• Create and update business plans and financial simulations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IR experience
• Native Japanese proficiency
• Conversational English (business level preferred)
• Basic accounting knowledge
