🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign drawing tasks to Wiring Designers based on project priority
• Review point-to-point diagrams and panel layouts for accuracy
• Lead process-review workshops to improve drafting workflow
• Onboard new Wiring Designers with AutoCAD tool palettes training

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years creating point-to-point wiring diagrams and control panel layouts
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity managing technical drafters

• Experience in panel-shop, industrial control, or switchgear manufacturing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD custom tool palettes and blocks
