💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality initiatives for Anduril's imaging team in Hudson, NH, driving improvements in manufacturing processes and product reliability. You'll apply statistical process control to ensure quality standards are met across the product lifecycle. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support
• Develop and utilize data-driven quality metrics and KPIs
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Support MRB activities and supplier quality programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 8+ years of experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 regulated environment

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Lead auditor certification for AS9100 or similar QMS standard
