Description

In this role, you will drive revenue by winning net-new business from small to mid-sized companies, executing full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing. You will prospect, build partnerships, and demonstrate the value of Brex's Financial Operating System, working in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • 1+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • High-performing SDR/BDR background with strong sourcing track record
  • Strong ability to communicate value to SMB stakeholders
  • Consistent quota attainment and top-tier performance
  • Proactive, self-motivated with results focus

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently source and qualify leads to maintain pipeline
  • Communicate ROI and business value by aligning Brex solutions to prospect goals
  • Build trust through insight and service to help prospects navigate challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting teams
