You will support the Communications & PR team with administrative tasks, calendar management, travel coordination, and project management to help amplify the mission of Alliance Defending Freedom.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions for Communications & PR leadership
- Manage Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and process invoices
- Create and edit presentations, correspondence, and reports
