You will support the Communications & PR team with administrative tasks, calendar management, travel coordination, and project management to help amplify the mission of Alliance Defending Freedom.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions for Communications & PR leadership
  • Manage Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries
  • Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and process invoices
  • Create and edit presentations, correspondence, and reports
