🎯 What You'll Do

• Review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and HCPCS codes.
• Conduct coding audits and data quality reviews for compliance.
• Identify documentation gaps and coding improvement opportunities.
• Communicate coding and reimbursement issues with clinical staff and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certification required.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume medical coding environments.
• Strong knowledge of CPT II, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and performance benchmarks consistently.
