🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives across machine learning, experimentation, analytics, and data platform.
• Establish and manage execution frameworks including quarterly planning, project reviews, and retrospectives.
• Accelerate ML delivery cycles by coordinating engineering, analytics, backend, and product teams.
• Monitor operational excellence metrics like data freshness, SLA compliance, and delivery reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in data, analytics, or ML domains including 3–5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving ML systems and experimentation platforms.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, business metrics, and unit economics.
• Solid knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle from ideation through deployment and optimization.
• Fluency in both English and Russian, written and verbal.
