💼 About This Role

You'll build the platform powering real-time AI agents for 911 centers, creating systems and tools that make engineers more productive and our platform more reliable. You'll shape how we scale to handle massive call volumes across the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build analytics infrastructure using ClickHouse for complex queries at scale
• Create observability tools to monitor and debug production issues
• Develop testing frameworks, CLIs, and automations for rapid AI development
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering
• Proficiency with ClickHouse or similar analytics databases
• Experience building observability and monitoring systems
• Ability to work across backend code and cloud infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a company where reliability and scale were serious challenges
• Familiarity with AI systems at scale
