🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client experience as primary point of contact for forensics lab
• Schedule and host scoping calls with external clients
• Perform tracking and quality control checks for forensic tickets
• Collect client feedback to enhance service

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of forensic or eDiscovery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic forensic collection workflows
• Familiarity with data collection software like DISCO, LAW, Cellebrite
