💼 About This Role

You'll develop and improve manufacturing technologies for the Neutron launch vehicle at Rocket Lab's Space Structures Complex. Your work will directly enable the build and integration of flight hardware, streamlining processes to increase throughput and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a clean-sheet reusable launch vehicle development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute build and integration of Neutron flight hardware.
• Develop con-ops, design, and build ground support tooling and processes.
• Develop build methods to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Develop and refine inspection, repair, assembly, and test procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in industrial, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
• Experience building and testing space launch vehicle hardware (internships qualify).
• Proficiency with 3D CAD modelling and large assemblies.

• Experience with multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, fluid).
• Experience developing work instructions and test procedures.
• Experience with launch vehicle hardware and subsystems.
