In this role, you will monitor and investigate fraud signals across customer applications and merchant partners, using tools like application data and third-party platforms to detect identity theft, synthetic IDs, and other fraudulent activity. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate conclusions and help protect the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in fraud detection or investigation
• Strong pattern recognition and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct thorough research using multiple data sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns in suspicious customer and merchant behavior
• Review and evaluate new merchant partners during onboarding
• Manage inbound fraud claims and perform ad hoc research
• Leverage tools like application data and third-party fraud prevention tools
• Collaborate across departments such as Sales, Operations, and Compliance
