Description

You will work with Samsara's strategic customers to build and implement B2B integrations with our IoT platform. You'll participate in system integration projects, define technical specifications, and build scalable integration architectures to help solve real-world problems in industries like transportation and agriculture.

Requirements

• Experience with B2B integrations and API capabilities
• Ability to map customer integration needs to current and future API capabilities
• Experience building custom integrations and providing technical training
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in system integration projects with customer development teams and third-party integrators
• Create project scopes, technical specifications, and business requirements
• Build robust and scalable integration architectures including real-time data streaming and event subscriptions
• Build, test, validate, and review code to ensure high quality
• Advise and document best practices around integrations using Samsara APIs
