๐ผ About This Role
You'll support the design and delivery of competitive compensation programs at a global travel tech company. Your work will directly influence pay decisions and help evolve compensation frameworks as the organization grows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support annual compensation cycle execution including salary reviews and equity allocations
- Advise senior leaders and HRBPs on compensation decisions for offers and promotions
- Conduct market benchmarking using Radford, Mercer, or WTW data
- Analyze internal pay data for trends and equity risks
๐ Requirements
- Experience in compensation, ideally in technology or software industry
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, WTW)
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading an annual compensation cycle
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with equity or long-term incentive programs
- Exposure to scaling compensation frameworks in a growing organization
- Familiarity with job architecture and leveling frameworks
