You'll support the design and delivery of competitive compensation programs at a global travel tech company. Your work will directly influence pay decisions and help evolve compensation frameworks as the organization grows.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support annual compensation cycle execution including salary reviews and equity allocations
  • Advise senior leaders and HRBPs on compensation decisions for offers and promotions
  • Conduct market benchmarking using Radford, Mercer, or WTW data
  • Analyze internal pay data for trends and equity risks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in compensation, ideally in technology or software industry
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, WTW)
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading an annual compensation cycle
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations

  • Experience with equity or long-term incentive programs
  • Exposure to scaling compensation frameworks in a growing organization
  • Familiarity with job architecture and leveling frameworks
