💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business generation for Fresha, the leading beauty and wellness platform, reporting to the General Manager. You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, consistently hitting KPIs in a dynamic, autonomous environment. This role offers 100% inbound lead follow-up and collaboration across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Contact beauty entrepreneurs via phone, email, and field sales to onboard new partners
  • Present and sell products/services through product demos to prospects
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor solutions to partner goals

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Hunter mindset with strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms
  • Experience in beauty and wellness sector
