💼 About This Role

You'll conduct material inspections and engineering trials to ensure raw materials meet specifications for a global print company. Your work will directly affect process compliance and product quality at our Dagenham facility. You'll also troubleshoot print file issues using Adobe Photoshop and analyze quality data to drive improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct incoming material inspections and new material qualification trials
• Troubleshoot and correct print file issues using Adobe Photoshop
• Perform regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and non-conformances

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and charting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with basic troubleshooting or file correction using Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet production deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a dedicated Quality Control role in manufacturing
• Experience managing QC Hold inventory or leading Material Review Board meetings
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or other quality improvement certification
