💼 About This Role
You'll lead the Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams across the Americas and EMEA, driving customer outcomes, adoption, renewals, and expansion. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Renewals to ensure every customer gets maximum value from our SaaS platform. This high-impact role offers the chance to build world-class teams and drive revenue growth in a market-leading company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive customer success outcomes, including renewals and expansion revenue.
- Define and manage operational OKRs for the customer success team.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class customer success team.
- Collaborate across company to influence customer success culture and processes.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Customer Success.
- Experience managing CSM and TAM teams across multiple regions.
- Track record of driving renewal rates and reducing churn.
- Strong ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

- Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or SaaS.
- Knowledge of OKR frameworks and customer health metrics.
