🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of radio, live event, and digital sales departments
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategy across all media channels
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management and/or marketing experience in digital and broadcast media
• Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions with track record of selling digital products
• Experience setting and enforcing sales metrics and accountability standards
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
