🎯 What You'll Do

• Define feature requirements with internal teams
• Participate in customer discovery conversations for user pain points
• Track product usage metrics and build dashboards
• Manage product support tickets and maintain Jira backlog

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management or related experience
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical concepts
• Experience with customer discovery and design collaboration

• Familiarity with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook systems
