💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational leader and public face of Cloud Engineering, owning the engineering operating cadence and cross-team coordination. You'll drive quarterly planning, own KPI infrastructure, and manage cross-cutting programs to scale the org from 260 to 400+ engineers. This role combines technical credibility with organizational instincts to keep engineering aligned with product and executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the connective tissue across engineering leadership.
• Build and own KPI infrastructure for operational visibility.
• Drive quarterly planning for engineering alongside product and TPM.
• Identify redundant processes and gaps to streamline operations.
• Push back on engineering leaders with technical credibility.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, TPM, or technical product role.
• Experience in a high-growth infrastructure or cloud environment.
• Experience scaling an engineering org through significant growth phases.
• Strong opinions about operational excellence with ability to push back.
