💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted teaching and support to students in small self-contained rooms. You'll manage classroom behaviors and maintain order and safety. This role follows a 10-month school calendar with direct hire and no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral program policies.
• Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff.
• Provide general supervision of students inside the school setting.
• Respond to emergency situations and assist in behavior management.

📋 Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students.
• Good driving record and willingness to drive student van is strongly preferred.
