Description
You will support sales and marketing operations by coordinating new hire onboarding, managing inventory and logistics, assisting with event planning, and providing general administrative support to leadership. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of meetings, training programs, and field enablement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics software, and Outlook calendar management
- Collaborative personality with multitasking ability
- Ability to work in Pleasanton headquarters 4 days/week with 1 remote day
Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire training meeting planning and execution (catering, room setup, supplies)
- Maintain sales swag inventory and assemble welcome kits for new hires
- Order scrub sets, business cards, and name tags for new employees
- Update and maintain company intranet on SharePoint
- Provide general administrative support (calendar, travel, expense reports) to marketing and sales leadership
