💼 About This Role

You'll join Turion Space as a key in-house legal advisor, supporting corporate governance, securities, and finance matters for a pioneering space infrastructure company. Your work will directly enable the business, from M&A deals to equity plans. This role offers the chance to shape legal strategy in a high-growth aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise board and executives on governance and fiduciary duties.
• Draft and negotiate M&A transaction documents.
• Support equity compensation program administration.
• Manage financing transactions including debt and equity offerings.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 8+ years of corporate/securities/finance legal experience.
• Hands-on M&A transaction drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
• Mix of law firm and in-house experience.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR export regulations.
