💼 About This Role

You'll own the user experience for a globally distributed LLM inference platform, building dashboards and customer-facing apps. Your work will directly impact how users observe, configure, and pay for inference at scale. This role offers significant early-stage equity and the chance to collaborate with distributed-systems engineers in a high-agency team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build dashboards, consoles, and customer-facing apps for inference at scale.
• Ship end-to-end features from Figma wireframes to React components to backend APIs.
• Develop a component system using React and Tailwind for rapid iteration.
• Optimize performance with SSR, code-splitting, hydration, and WebSocket real-time updates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production React applications
• Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern CSS architecture
• TypeScript mastery with strong fundamentals in JS, DOM, and APIs
• Experience designing REST/JSON or gRPC backends (Node, Go, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tanstack or Next.js
• Data-viz libraries (Recharts, Visx, D3)
• tRPC experience
