Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• 0-1 years work experience with interest in recruitment or human capital
• Highly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organisational skills
• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication
• Meticulous with obsessive attention to detail
• Adaptable mindset with willingness to iterate and be flexible
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for candidates
• Review resumes, assess applications, and conduct first screening calls
• Schedule interviews, manage job postings, process reimbursements, and send offer letters
• Generate and manage a high-quality pipeline of candidates using channels like LinkedIn
• Support campus recruitment logistics and events
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives and special projects
