Description
As a Business Development Marketing Analyst at Nava, you will develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales enablement in the public sector. You'll collaborate with growth teams on Account-Based Marketing, produce sales assets, manage digital content, and use analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.
Requirements
- 2-4 years marketing or communications experience (public sector preferred)
- Proven success in campaign execution, digital content creation, and analytics/reporting
- Proficiency with multi-channel platforms: Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress, ABM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with BD, technical SMEs, and creative resources
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize ABM campaigns in partnership with Senior Director and Growth teams
- Design multi-touch brand awareness campaigns via social media, display ads, geofencing, content syndication, and events
- Coordinate all stages of marketing campaign development from planning to post-campaign debrief
- Produce marketing collateral including thought leadership, fact sheets, blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
- Manage digital content for social media and web, and execute geofencing campaigns for events
