Requirements

• Experience in client support, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to deliver prompt, reliable service in high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills for clear, concise guidance under time pressure
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn retirement plan fundamentals and onboarding workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate responses to Self Service client inquiries
• Guide clients through onboarding path with clarification and direction
• Monitor progress across multiple onboarding efforts, identify blockers
• Offer clear guidance on timelines, actions, and next steps
• Support basic plan design questions and onboarding education
