Description

Build and maintain a high-performance wireless network for leading high-frequency trading firms. You will respond to outages, troubleshoot equipment, and perform new construction and maintenance on towers and rooftops across the Upper Midwest and Northwestern US.

Requirements

• Technical skills in field engineering and microwave tower systems
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights
• Willingness to travel daily
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles and rigging equipment

Responsibilities

• Respond to network outages and diagnose/troubleshoot equipment
• Perform new construction and maintenance on towers and rooftops
• Communicate timelines and provide daily reports on job progress
• Serve as on-site technical resource for sub-contractors during construction
• Participate in continuous training and maintain certifications
