Description

You will lead end-to-end negotiations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions, architect a world-class channel program, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline the deal cycle. Your work will directly accelerate Harness's AI-powered software delivery platform.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years legal experience, ideally from top-tier law firm and in-house SaaS role
  • Direct experience with building and managing channel programs
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and sales cycle
  • JD from accredited law school with active U.S. State Bar membership
  • Strong negotiation and operational mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations for enterprise SaaS transactions (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, AI terms) with Fortune 500 customers
  • Draft and negotiate global reseller, distributor, and referral partner agreements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Ops, and GTM Partner team to streamline sales cycles
  • Navigate international regulatory frameworks for global commercial compliance
  • Develop and deliver legal training for GTM sales and partner teams
