💼 About This Role

You'll lead the delivery of complex AI systems to Life Sciences customers, owning the technical plan, day-to-day execution, and adoption. You'll embed with pharmaceutical and clinical research teams to map workflows, drive prototypes to production, and share field insights with Product and Research. This high-autonomy role offers end-to-end ownership and direct customer impact in a high-growth vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and track delivery across teams
• Embed with customer teams to drive adoption and guide onboarding
• Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components land on time

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
• Experience in Life Sciences vertical
• Track record of leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements
• Shipped AI/LLM systems in production
