Requirements
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Energetic and able to take charge of conversations
- Comfortable with high-volume calls (3 min avg)
- Competent computer skills and spelling/grammar
- Reliable high-speed internet (50+ mbps) and Ethernet connection
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with consumers comparing insurance rates
- Ask qualifying questions to match consumers with agents
- Complete follow-up calls to check satisfaction
- Record consumer information and experience
- Communicate with team daily via chat and leadership
