Requirements

  • Superior verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and able to take charge of conversations
  • Comfortable with high-volume calls (3 min avg)
  • Competent computer skills and spelling/grammar
  • Reliable high-speed internet (50+ mbps) and Ethernet connection

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with consumers comparing insurance rates
  • Ask qualifying questions to match consumers with agents
  • Complete follow-up calls to check satisfaction
  • Record consumer information and experience
  • Communicate with team daily via chat and leadership
