Description

You will conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations for older adults and individuals with disabilities, delivering personalized home modification recommendations and educating clients on fall prevention. Collaborate with a remote team and our Director of Clinical Operations to support process improvement while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation

Responsibilities
