Description

You will monitor and maintain the health and performance of NOC servers, workstations, and network devices. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues like authentication, GPO, patching, and OS problems while documenting incidents and root cause analysis. Collaborate with leads and managers to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to the knowledge base.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in network IT and remote Windows system infrastructure
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA adherence
• Proficient in clear case and RCA documentation
• Excellent prioritization and escalation skills
• Strong troubleshooting for user authentication, GPO, patch failures, replication, backup failures, OS issues

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and maintain NOC environment health and performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (authentication, GPO, patching, replication, backups, OS issues)
• Analyze system logs, event data, crash dumps to identify root causes
• Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and RCA
• Adhere to SLAs and follow runbooks and escalation procedures
