🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and develop EHS systems for compliance and safety
• Act as primary contact for local regulatory bodies
• Lead risk assessments and incident management
• Drive continuous improvement and safety culture

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Health Safety or related field
• Proven EHS experience in industrial or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of Finnish and EU legislation
• Fluency in Finnish and English (minimum B2)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure
• Experience with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001
• Experience in international organizations
