💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high volume periods, and train new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales. This role offers a team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store and perform management duties in their absence
• Greet customers and provide product recommendations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
