You'll lead a Product Engineering team at Candid Health, building mission-critical financial and operational workflows for healthcare providers. You'll own planning, execution, and delivery of the Candid platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product technical strategy and mentor skilled engineers. 🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a Software Engineering Leadership position
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Track record of shipping high-quality features in strategic product areas
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and mentoring engineering teams
