Description

You will collaborate with Gearbox and internal publishing teams to drive milestone delivery, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution across multiple AAA projects. You'll manage day-to-day production on a new IP and support other franchises, ensuring clear communication and risk mitigation across all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production, publishing production, product management, or related roles.
• Experience with full game lifecycles including post-launch operations.
• Comfort with distributed development across time zones.
• Hands-on experience with live service games or ongoing content production.
• Cross-functional experience with development and internal publishing groups.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple teams.
• Strong risk spotting and issue triage instincts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for AAA games and ability to articulate quality.
• Bilingualism (English and French) preferred.
• Local to Montreal preferred.
• Experience establishing new IP or reviving dormant IP is a plus.
• Background in QA, Community, or User Research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand how features map to player expectations and product strategy; guide decisions using game development knowledge.
• Support milestone planning and delivery; prioritize with a player-first lens and escalate issues with actionable recommendations.
• Drive day-to-day publishing production support for multiple titles: track progress, flag risks, coordinate across functions.
• Build strong working relationships with studio and publishing partners; drive alignment across groups with differing priorities.
• Craft clear updates for stakeholders; create decks, reports, and milestone documentation to drive decisions and transparency.
• Champion player experience in all stages; work with Research, Community, and Product Management to inform prioritization and tuning.
• Maintain high quality bar; track quality risks, collaborate with QA, studio, and publishing to improve test coverage and bug resolution.
