You'll own and grow a book of ~100-125 insurance agents, helping them acquire auto and home insurance customers through exclusive inbound calls. Success requires a sales mindset and comfort with conversion rate, cost per call, and COA. You'll drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new campaign creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow a book of ~100-125 accounts at ~$5K/month in spend
• Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new campaign creation
• Build and manage portfolios of campaigns across targeting, filters, and pricing
• Lead performance conversations using conversion rate, cost per call, and COA

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in account management or sales, ideally in performance marketing, lead gen, or insurance
• Comfortable owning a revenue number and managing a high-volume book
• Strong grasp of conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
