As an Area Specialist, you will manage telematics data, ensure DOT compliance, conduct training and site visits, and collaborate with operations leadership to improve driver safety across facilities in your region.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in training, program execution, or behavior change
• 2+ years experience in DOT field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to travel up to 25% within designated region

Responsibilities

• Correct non-compliant ELD data and counsel drivers on log completion
• Partner with leadership to educate drivers and avoid DOT violations
• Maintain Driver Qualification files and assist with post-incident training
• Track driver citations and roadside violations, oversee regional driver safety
• Conduct vehicle spot checks and support new hire and remedial training
