You will plan Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, managing a borderless team in the UK and India. You'll craft strategies aligned with client objectives, provide data-driven campaign updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in digital media account management and client presentations
• Experience analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights
• Worked with 3rd party tech partners like Smartly, Sprinklr, IAS, Zefr, DoubleVerify
• Proficient with Meta Business Manager and at least two other social advertising platforms
• MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables and chart making

Responsibilities

• Create Paid Social strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
• Develop data-driven campaign plans across multiple social platforms
• Provide clients with regular campaign updates and actionable insights
• Support and train Account Executives to ensure high-quality work
• Collaborate with departments like Business Leadership, Design, and Analytics
