You'll be the first point of contact for employee questions in the NordVPN Marketing, Tesonet Comms, and Nord Security Brand Comms teams, supporting HR operations and people data analysis. You'll help create a safe and engaging work environment for a global cybersecurity leader.

• Answer employee questions in assigned teams
• Analyze people data and create reports
• Update org structures and HR systems
• Support onboarding, engagement, and ad hoc projects

📋 Requirements

• Communication skills for explaining policies and resolving conflicts
• Analytical thinking to work with people data and identify patterns
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Organization to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

• Experience with HR systems like Hibob or Figma
• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry
• Prior HR generalist experience
