You will lead and oversee the company's credit and collections processes, ensuring effective risk management and optimized cash flow while maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves designing policies, evaluating credit applications, monitoring portfolio risks, and leading a team to meet recovery targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related
• 3-5 years experience in credit and collections management
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk, and local regulations
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite) experience
• Intermediate/advanced English

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and update credit policies and procedures
• Evaluate and approve credit applications by analyzing solvency and risk
• Monitor customer portfolio to identify delinquency risks and propose action plans
• Lead credit and collections team to achieve recovery targets
• Establish credit limits and payment terms with commercial and finance areas
