You'll engage members with serious mental illness in their communities, providing coaching and advocacy to help them achieve personal goals. You'll build trusting relationships and connect members to resources that support their recovery and thrive.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and build trust with members in the community
• Achieve daily member enrollment and engagement targets
• Support recovery and self-determination through action plans
• Provide physical health coaching following training

📋 Requirements

• Over two years of experience with serious mental illness diagnosis
• Experience working in and around Lake County communities
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish fluency or other languages
• Certified Peer Specialist Training
• Experience with Substance Abuse Disorders
