You'll join a national leader in legal process service, recruiting candidates for gig work and legal process server roles. You'll drive high-volume outreach and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct high-volume cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns
• Execute creative sourcing strategies for qualified candidates
• Keep hiring managers updated on strategy and pipeline
• Create and maintain talent pools in CRM or ATS

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in formatting Excel spreadsheets using data tools
• Experience creating and maintaining pipelines in a CRM or ATS
• Experience creating e-marketing campaigns
