Description

You will manage the datacenter RoundTrip process, including customer order fulfillment, inventory logistics, and repair of data storage devices, with the primary goal of quickly and efficiently transferring client data to our local cloud. You will also assist with movement and installation of datacenter equipment and ensure operational integrity and security compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing logistical processes (inventory, shipping/receiving)
• General computer hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and repair knowledge
• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order fulfilment and inventory logistics for datacenter RoundTrip process
• Repair data storage devices and facilitate data transfer via command line procedures
• Conduct daily inspections of RoundTrip hardware and coordinate HDD RMA shipments
• Run hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts (RAM, PSU, hard drives)
• Maintain inventory, labeling, and spare parts, and assist with equipment installation
