Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in law office, medical office, or similar professional setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Maintain attorney calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments
  • Gather, organize, and enter data into case management system
  • Handle sensitive client data with discretion and accuracy
  • Prepare bank deposits, process check requests and invoices
