Description

You will drive strategic analysis by uncovering the 'why' behind campaign performance, own root cause analysis of funnel trends, and lead the transition from static dashboards to AI-driven agentic analytics. You'll partner with marketing leadership to optimize capital allocation and provide first-pass diagnoses for swift business decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Marketing Analytics, BizOps, or Data Science within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and business judgment.
• Expert-level SQL, deep knowledge of Agent Development, Snowflake / Sigma or similar.
• Deep understanding of B2B Marketing and Pipeline funnels (MQL to Closed Won), Attribution models, and ABM metrics.
• Basic experience in building ML based models (nice to have).
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven analytics tools, LLMs for data analysis, or semantic data modeling.
• 'Detective' mindset: uncomfortable when numbers don't make sense and digs for root cause.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify trends in campaign performance, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates, providing first-pass diagnosis of material variances with initial theories and corrective actions.
• Maintain data hygiene, standard funnel metrics, and recurring dashboards, monitoring data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Snowflake.
• Analyze the 'Golden Path' to revenue to determine optimal mix of touches that accelerate prospects from engaged to closed won.
• Lead building and training AI agents to automate L1/L2 data questions; maintain semantic layer in Sigma/Snowflake for 'Ask Anything' capability.
• Serve as primary data consultant for Revenue Marketing leadership, translating complex data into executive-ready narratives.
• Mentor junior team members and educate marketing org on data literacy; own end-of-quarter MBO target attainment reporting.
